Offset Pump Reduction Drive System:  Insure that the pump does not exceed 540 PTO rating, thus eliminating a major cause of diaphragm failure and reducing costly maintenance.

Adjustable Air Delivery System: 20 to 30% of chemical waste comes from the inability to direct the air and water to the target. Our exclusive rotating air (rear outlet) actually allows you to move the air, not deflect it, thereby allowing the chemical to  be placed where it is needed.

Bypass Protection System:  Diaphragm failures traditionally are caused by over pressuring.  Our exclusive bypass system eliminates this costly problem by simply diverting the excess water pressure back into the tank, during the non spraying mode.  A reduction in maintenance costs.

Three Alternatives in Control Systems:  Electric diaphragm, hydraulic or cable controlled stainless steel ball valves.  Choose the system you feel most comfortable with

Clutched Drive Lines:  Quality built Weasler clutches protecting the working components of your tractor and sprayer.

TurboSteer, Does what it Means:  It is a dual gear box system that eliminates driveline breakage caused in the turning process, by allowing the PTO shaft to remain in the same position during the entire turning process.  Simply superior!  Another reduction in maintenance costs.

Why Indented Wheels:  This system allows us to provide you with maximum water carrying capacity in the narrowest possible package, allowing you to maximize yield per acre with more crop on narrower row widths.  (600 gallons only 62 inches wide)

Tank Cradling System:  Many competitors use the tank as a structural member of the chassis, we do not.  We choose to build a chassis heavy enough to do the job and cradle the tank, allowing it to move independently of the frame during operation.

Air Quality:  Our front air intake turbine design compresses the air to guarantee even distribution through both outlets.  Our nozzles are mounted out of the air stream to provide unobstructed air that actually shears the water.  This is why our fan sizes, while smaller than competitors, produce superior results while taking much less horsepower to generate.  Front air intake system also means no sand blasting occurs.
