Myers I2CI/2C95 two stage centrifugalStandard centrifugal on the 350 series with 8 inch frame This pump is a high capacity, two stage balanced centrifugal with cast iron impellers, oil lubricated ceramic seals with oil reservoir, large bearings and air bleed lines from each stage back to the tank to provide self priming as engineered in our units. This pump utilizes 2-inch suction intake and 1.5 inch discharge. As is standard with all centrifugal pumps, the customer must be cautioned against running this pump dry as that will cause overheating and pump failure. Pump failure due to lack of water will not be covered under warranty.
The correct tension on the belt driving this pump is 9 pounds on ¼ inch deflection
A copy of the alignment of the Myers pump can be obtained from the Turbo-mist parts book in the parts department.
This pump as setup by Turbo-mist, on S30P models will produce a volume output of 60 US Gallons per minute utilizing about 12 horsepower to achieve this.
