STANDARD FEATURES OF THE

TURBOMIST MULTIROW SARDI EQUIPPED UNITS

1.Three point EZ turn hitch pulls unit out of the row to clear the posts

2. Width is 61 inches wide outside tire outside tire in the 400 , 500 and 600 gallon models. Only the oval 300 is narrow with the special four tire floation axles at 51 inches

3. Tires are 9.5L x 15SL (Larger tires are not required to carry the load)

4. Tandem Torflex axles smooth out the ride to protect the boom

5. UDOR RO160 43 gpm diaphragm pump, pto driven inline on the 3pt hitch.

6. Hydraulic power pack is equipped with a self sensing load pump with a 25 gallon oil reservoir and sits immediately behind the pump on the 3 pt driven by the tractor PTO

7. The hydraulic power pack is a closed system meaning no exposure to the tractor hydraulics is possible. All hydraulics including the agitation hyd motor, is driven by the power pack.

8. Hydraulic driven mechanical agitation speed can be changed to suit chemicals being mixed

9. Tanks are made of 304 stainless steel and feature hydraulically driven mechanical stainless steel agitiation, four tank sizes , 300, 400, 500 and 600 gallons are available.

10. All tanks sit on the Turbomist three saddle system, all ends are rolled and outlets are pulled, a standard Turbomist feature on airblast sprayers. Our tanks feature a 10 year warranty.

11. Hydraulic lift and folding boom system with variable speed toggle controls at the tractor seat.

12. Manual row width adjustment of booms is standard.

13. No tractor hydraulics are required

14. Standard calibration is with Teejet TX -vk  hollow cone ceramic tip nozzles. They can be setup for 25 gpa to 200 gpa . The average water droplet size from the Teejet TX conejet nozzles at 100 psi is 75 microns

15. The 600 gallon, three row, twelve head configuration is the standard unit, smaller units can be customized to fit your needs.  The standard unit depending upon options will run $60K to $65K.  Payback on these units is often between one and two years when 100 acres is involved.

$60,000 is definitely a considerable amount of money, however, remember, it replaces 2 tractors and 2 airblast sprayers and 2 men so is it really expensive or good value?  do the math, you will find it will pay for itself.
