There are 2 ways Turbo-Mist can reduce your Diesel expense;
Gear Up Throttle Down. Our Turbo-Mist Air Blast sprayer can operate below the PTO speed of 540 rpm, in fact Turbo-Mist is effective all the way down to 350 rpm. This allows the Orchardist to shift to a higher gear and slow engine speed without creating lug. This can result in as much as a 40% diesel savings.
The other method is through our fan assembly; our fans assemblies and attachments offer the most efficient use of the air generated allowing many users to drop a fan size which reduces the drag on the engine. Using a Turbo-Mist 24” fan offers the same coverage as our competitors 30” fan and can result in a 25% savings in diesel consumption.
