Direct drive from pump, adjustable packing gland is made of ZA12 self lubrication aluminum and uses albion packing which can be replaced to ensure you have no leaks. Instead the tank is a 1" stainless steel shaft with stainless steel paddles, 2 in 50 gallon unit and up to 4 in 200 gallon tanks and larger.
