The 450 Series , which the S38P600SC is, has many standard features normally optional on other series such as:

-12 inch deep dish stainless steel mixing basket

- 2 3/4 inch heavy duty axles with 8 bolt hubs and standard 16L x 16.1 tires

-Final filters mounted on the booms

- Step

- 3 inch nurse filler (nipple)

- The S38P has 4 x 5 1/2 x 4 inch rear outlets

 This product is intended for use on all size farms including large corporate farms with orchard or nut trees that ideally will not extend above 40 feet in height.  In California many growers use this series to spray almonds to a height of 40 feet.  The height that can be covered greatly depends upon the type of foliage and the speed of travel. 

- Each unit has a painted stainless steel 38" turbine with adjustable air delivery and Turbomist air quality.   The Turbomist turbine design compresses the air to gaurantee even distribution from both outlets.  The front air intake has the added bonus of eliminating sand blasting of the fruit common in the rear intake competitors.

- Tanks 500 gallon and over are made of polished 304 stainless steel with 14 guage wraps and 12 guage inds which includes the 600 on the S38.  

-Standard pump is the Myers IC2C/95 two stage centrifugal pump. 150 PSI at 60 gpm volume.

-High pressure Comet or Udor diaphragm pumps are available as an option.

   -A tank cradling saddle system allows the frame to move independent of the tank and therefore greatly extends the tank life.  10 Year Warranty (5 Years full warranty, Pro-rated after 5years by 10% starting at 50% Warranty at the 6th year. )

 -Optional Turbosteer is available on this model.-All units have 55 series clutched drivelines by Weasler. (Run down clutch for PTO brake equipped tractors.) -When attaching this series to large (100 HP size) field type tractors please consider the PTO shaft length,  You may need to add an adaptor to the tractor to increase the length by approximately 6 inches.  Orchard tractors are normally in the 65-85 HP range due to row widths of target. 

-Citrus towers are available to customize your unit.
 -Teejet electric ball valves with pressure adjust at the tractor seat are the only controls offered.

  -90 PTO Horse power is required for a unit with a 38" turbine.
