350 Series 500 gallon unit

This model is equipped with a Turbosteer which allows you to turn beyond 90 degrees and can be set up to have the sprayer tire track that of the tractor, that is if the tractor clears the post, the sprayer will. 

This unit is narrow at 62 inches outside tire to outside tire, with standard 12.5x 15 tires,  which is great for a 500 gallon unit.  This is achieved by indenting the wheelwells into the tank on each side. THis means the largest tire available on this model is a 14Lx 16.1 which makes the unit 67" wide.

This product is intended for use on all size farms including large corporate farms with vines or orchard trees that ideally will not extend above 20 freet in height.  In California many growers use this series to spray almonds to a hight of 40 feet.  The height that can be covered greatly depends upon the type of foliage and the speed of travel. 

- Each unit has a painted stainless steel 30" turbine with adjustable air delivery and Turbomist air quality.   The Turbomist turbine design compresses the air to gaurantee even distribution from both outlets.  The front air intake has the added bonus of eliminating sand blasting of the fruit common in the rear intake competitors.

- Tanks 500 gallon and over are made of polished 304 stainless steel with 14 guage wraps and 12 guage inds.  The 400 gallon tanks have 14/14 gauge.

Standard pump is the Udor RO160 (43 US Gal Volume with maximum pressure of 284PSI)

-Centrifugal pumps are available in some models of the 350 series.

-High pressure Comet or Udor diaphragm pumps are available.

-Only 55 PTO Horse power is required for a unit with a 30" turbine.

-If optional high output M60 Bima gearbox is chosen the PTO Horsepower raises to 85 and air output increases by 70%.  This model gets an upgraded 55 series driveline throughout.

-A tank cradling saddle system allows the frame to move independent of the tank and therefore greatly extends the tank life.  10 Year Warranty (5 Years full warranty, Pro-rated after 5years by 10% starting at 50% Warranty at the 6th year. )

-All diaphragm equipped units in the series have the Turbomist Offset Reduction Drive which protects your pump from over speeding the PTO.  At a PTO speed of 540 RPM the pump is operating at  450 RPM, meaning even if the PTO is overdriven to 6500 RPM your pump will stay below the 550 RPM critical opertating zone.  This is done by use of either belt of chain depending on the model and option chosen.  This prevents diaphragm pump failures by diverting the excess water pressure back to the tank during non-spraying modes.

 -All units have 35 series clutched drivelines by Weasler. (Run down clutch for PTO brake equipped tractors.  55 series issued for high output models to match horsepower demand.)

-If attaching this series to large (100 HP size) field type tractors please consider the PTO shaft length,  You may need to add an adaptor to the tractor to increase the length by approximately 6 inches.  Orchard tractors in the 65-850 HP range are the norm. 

-Multiple attachments are available to customize your unit.

-Available wide mouth outlets produce 12% more air.

-Teejet electric ball valves with pressure adjust at the tractor seat are the only controls offered.
