TURBO- TECH 300

The Turbo-tech utilizes a Raven SCS330 rate controller which has a stainless flow meter, and magnets on the axle to determine speed, the unit will automatically adjust the flow out the rear based upon the Raven controller which works in conjunction with a centrifugal pump, the hypro 9203S, stainless steel construction with Life Guard* Silicon carbide seal, glass filled polypropylene impeller and the Raven controller.

As you change speed of the tractor, even due to hills, the unit senses the change and adjusts the flow to the correct valves as chosen for your target.

Standard pump is the Hypro 9203S stainless steel single stage Centrifugal pump. 

We have combined the hypro centrifugal pump with the Raven and installed 13 tungsen carbide nozzles, which have a turbomist wear-guard 5 year wear warranty, all nozzles are of equal size, factory standard is disc size #7 with DC25 swirls. This will allow a row width range for 10 feet to 18 feet with varying speeds, if you have different row widths we will adjust nozzles on order to cover. 

The pressure range of the pump in operation adjusts from 40 to 120 psi depending upon demand. This hypro stainless steel pump has proven very successful in use on salt trucks built by Slimline, because of our confidence in the pump we have established a two year turbomist warranty on this pump.

- The hypro centrifugal pump is setup with quick connects that allow you to change the pump in 15 minutes with mimimal effort. It also has seal kits available should you accidentaly run it dry and burn it out, a potential with any centrifugal pump.

This product is intended for use on all size farms including large corporate farms with vines or orchard trees that ideally will not extend above 20 feet in height.  

- Each unit has a painted stainless steel 30" turbine with adjustable air delivery and Turbomist air quality.   The Turbomist turbine design compresses the air to gaurantee even distribution from both outlets.  The front air intake has the added bonus of eliminating sand blasting of the fruit common in the rear intake competitors.

- 300 US gallon Tank made of polished 304 stainless steel with 14 guage wraps and 14 guage ends.  

 - Only Teejet electric ball valve controls with pressure adjust at the tractor are available with the Turbo-tech, no options will work with the Raven rate controller

-Only 55 PTO Horse power is required for a unit with a 30" turbine.

-A tank cradling saddle system allows the frame to move independent of the tank and therefore greatly extends the tank life.  10 Year Warranty (5 Years full warranty, Pro-rated after 5years by 10% starting at 50% Warranty at the 6th year. )

 -Optional Turbosteer or Rears style CV equal angle hitch are available on all Turbo-tech models

-All units have 35 series clutched drivelines by Weasler. (Run down clutch for PTO brake equipped tractors.) 

-Multiple attachments are available to customize your Turbo-tech including low drift towers

- This unit is a direct competitor to the Blueline Accutech which is equipped with the same Raven monitor and an inferior carbon steel version of the same pump. Turbomist feels it obtains the same or superior coverage with the nozzles offset to the airstream to achieve air shear using our proven turbine technology.  

-This unit is available in 300, 400 and 500 gallon sizes

- This unit has a choice of three hitches, a clevis style hitch, a Rears style CV equal angle hitch or our outstanding Turbosteer.

- Please note you should have a cab tractor to operate this equipment, the Raven monitor is sensitive to moisture, we do not recommend you attempt to use this product with an open station tractor or you will be replacing the control module at considerable expense.
