TKO 300

 The TKO series was introduced at the 2008 Washington Hort show in Yakima and has been an immediate success.

This model offers turbomist quality and durability in a layout style similar to the Rears TTN series which features large tires, a centrifugal pump with pressure adjust and rollover nozzles. If you operate a Rears TTN now, take a look at the new TKO series from Turbomist, all your familiar options but in a Turbomist.

The series consists of three sizes, 300, 400 and 500 US gallons, each has the choice of three hitches, a clevis style, a Rears style CV equal angle hitch or the proven Turbomist Turbosteer that can actually track the sprayer wheel in the tractor wheel.

The standard pump on the TKO, all sizes, is the stainless steel Hypro 9203S, a single stage centrifugal pump with 150 psi at 60 gpm volume.  This pump is driven by a new Gates carbon fibre polychain belt (designed to replace chain but extend operational life cycle) Turbomist has such confidence in this pump we are offering a two year replacement warranty on the pump. Additionally we have made the pump connections quick connect camlocks, so changing this pump when necessary will only take minutes, plus, if need be, seal kits are available.

This pump is paired with teejet electric 2 way stainless steel ball valves with a pressure adjust and gauge at the tractor seat.  If the optional hydraulic controls are chosen, you use the pressure adjust at the tractor.

This model has the wide mouth outlets on a 30 inch stainless steel turbine for added air and we have included roll over nozzles with both stainless steel and ceramic nozzles, 13 nozzles per side for total of 26 each side available for multiple calibrations, this layout comes with a stainless steel guard for the nozzles.

Final filters are standard as is the raised wine tank style lid and step.

This product is intended for use on all size farms including large corporate farms with vines or orchard trees that ideally will not extend above 20 feet in height.  

- Each unit has a painted stainless steel 30" turbine with adjustable air delivery and Turbomist air quality.   The Turbomist turbine design compresses the air to gaurantee even distribution from both outlets.  The front air intake has the added bonus of eliminating sand blasting of the fruit common in the rear intake competitors.

- Tanks 400 gallon and under are made of polished 304 stainless steel with 14 guage wraps and 14 guage ends.  

 -Only 55 PTO Horse power is required for a unit with a 30" turbine.

-A tank cradling saddle system allows the frame to move independent of the tank and therefore greatly extends the tank life.  10 Year Warranty (5 Years full warranty, Pro-rated after 5years by 10% starting at 50% Warranty at the 6th year. )

-All units have 35 series clutched drivelines by Weasler. (Run down clutch for PTO brake equipped tractors.)
