 1.  ELECTRIC SPLIT SPRAY BOOMS - includes two additional electric valves and allows the operator to control the top 6 nozzles of each 13-nozzle boom. This option gives the operator 4 zones which are controlled from the tractor by the addition of an electrical switch box containing five switches, one master switch off/on and one switch for each zone, the top six nozzles on each side and the bottom seven nozzles on each side.

 2.  MANUAL SPLIT SPRAY BOOMS This option is available on 250 Series machines.  It utilizes a manual gate valve and the split booms (as above), which have the top 6 nozzles in one zone and the bottom 7 nozzles in another zone. In the manual version, only the top zone can be turned on/off by use of the gate valve. No additional electrics are added.

3.  DUAL SPLIT SPRAY BOOMS  This option adds another complete boom on the rear of the outlet on both sides, giving the machine a total of four 13 nozzle booms or four 15 nozzle booms in the S38P600CS model. Each boom has individual shutoffs for each nozzle. Each rear boom is connected through a manually operated gate valve, which allows you to have both booms on one side open, or either the front or rear boom only. The purpose being availability of another set of booms calibrated for a different block or the ability to provide larger volumes with smaller nozzle sizes.
